Proxy voting. Members who cannot attend the AGM in person can participate by using a proxy. If you wish to vote in this way please contact the Executive Secretary before Monday 1 September 2025 to request a proxy form.

Cancellations received two weeks or more before the event start date will be refunded in full; up to one week before a 50% refund will apply, but no refund will normally be offered for cancellations received within one week of the start of the event.
