An evening cruise on the sole surviving Dart Paddle Steamer, Kingswear Castle
Postponed twice due to essential maintenance on the boat, this event has been rescheduled for this date.
A two hour cruise from Dartmouth ferry quay to the river mouth, then upstream to Sharpham before returning to Dartmouth. Includes a commentary on the geology and history of the area.
The boat departs at 5:30pm, so ensure that you arrive in plenty of time for boarding.
There is an on-board bar (passengers are only permitted to bring bottled water to drink, but picnics are allowed).
Just a few spaces are still available. Tickets are £20 for DA members, £25 for non-members.
