Ben Mee: I Bought a Zoo (Tavistock Branch)

A talk by Ben Mee, owner of Dartmoor Zoological Park, a zoo situated north of the village of Sparkwell on the south-west edge of Dartmoor. In 2007, Ben wrote a book called We bought a Zoo, and in 2011 this was turned into a film of the same name starring Matt Damon and Scarlett Johansson. In the talk Benjamin will focus on the breeding programme for endangered species carried out at the zoo.
