A talk “Crime and composition. The detective novels and life of ‘Edmund Crispin’ (Bruce Montgomery)” to be given by Robin Wootton.

Bruce Montgomery was a particularly entertaining and skilful Golden Age crime novelist who lived in Totnes. A talented musician and composer, he was also responsible for the music for several popular films, including ‘Doctor in the House’ and some of the Carry On films.
