A visit to the Devon Heritage Centre, the repository of documents relating to Devon. Includes an introduction to the archive and a tour of the building. In the Search Room there will be a display of documents relating to vernacular buildings. If anyone would like to see a particular document relevant to the visit please let me know and I can make a request.
Note: This visit is not suitable for those who cannot manage stairs, cannot stand for around 25 minutes or suffer from claustrophobia. It is a requirement of this visit that all bags and coats are deposited in a secure locker. There is a small coffee shop on site which is open until 15.00.
