Archivist at Hartland Abbey, he will describe his project in Hartland, the largest parish in Devon, and the farthest from a Railway with an extensively documented history. This has now been opened up to researchers via an extensive digital project, but did it go as planned? He will give an overview of the project and its spin-offs.
