A talk by Chris Tattersall entitled “Creating and running Honey Wood Orchard, a Traditional Cider Orchard”.

Chris writes “The story of how our idea developed over the years and then evolved into planting a traditional orchard. How we run this as a family business trying to work with nature avoiding chemicals. From grafting our own trees, building the barn, the cider making process, and the joy of embracing the tranquillity of working where we do. We have 460 trees with 65 different varieties of apples many of which are older Devon Varieties.”
