Lower Sharpham Barton Farm, overlooking the Dart near Ashprington, is the home of Ambios, the lively conservation training organisation co-founded 20 years ago by Clive Betts, the Section’s chair.

Kim Leaver is carrying out an intensive study of the many fascinating bees and wasps that occur on the site, and he will be telling us about his progress so far.
