Not only Lorna. What else did R. D. Blackmore write? (Lit & Art Section)

A talk by Robin Wootton. To be given online via Zoom.

Richard Doddridge Blackmore (1825–1900) is today known almost exclusively for Lorna Doone, but he wrote at least twelve other novels, some of equal quality, beside several short stories and a number of poems. The talk will describe Blackmore’s life and explore these other novels, especially the four with Devon settings.
