£8 – £10
Event Navigation
Following the death of Her Majesty The Queen, and in view of the role of the Cathedral as a focus for our community in expressing condolences and as a house of prayer, this visit to the Cathedral has been postponed until next year.
Hear the Dean of Exeter’s unique perspective on the past and future of the Cathedral.
Meet outside the West Front of the Cathedral to go to the Pearson Centre for a talk by the Dean of Exeter, The Very Reverend Jonathan Greener, on the past and future of the Cathedral, including its development plans. Volunteer guides will then show us aspects of the Cathedral related to what we’ve heard. The event will conclude after tea and biscuits. Expected end time: 4.15 p.m.
Cost: DA members £8, non-members £10, payable to the Cathedral on entry (to include tea and biscuits). Please note in view of the special nature of this event everyone will need to pay, including those who have an annual pass to the Cathedral.
Numbers are limited so booking is essential. Please book before 4th September by emailing the organiser (as below) including “DA History visit” in the subject line.
