A talk by Geri Parlby about a recent discovery painted on the side wall of a shop in Market Street, Tavistock of what appears to be a 16th-century sailing ship.

Dr Geri Parlby is Chair of Tavistock Heritage Trust. She trained as an art historian at the Courtauld Institute and lectures across the country and internationally for the Arts Society and is an honorary research fellow at the University of Roehampton. She started researching the Tudor War ship wall painting at 4 Market Street in 2018 and is currently trying to raise funds to help conserve the painting.
