Visit to Berry Head (Plymouth Branch)

A joint Devonshire Association / Royal Geographical Society visit to Berry Head near Brixham.

Offering stunning views across Tor Bay and along the South Devon coast, Berry Head National Nature Reserve is part of the English Riviera UNESCO Global Geopark.  

Our leader Professor Malcolm Hart will introduce special aspects of a landscape rich in natural and military history.

This event is free to DA members but advance booking is required; please contact the organiser (details below) before 30 June.

Meet 11am at the Guardhouse Cafe, Berry Head, Brixham, TQ5 9AW. 

Note that the route will be over fairly flat terrain with a few short climbs. Comfortable footwear recommended and clothing appropriate for activity and weather.
